I'm a people person and have enjoyed spending my working years with others,  helping them improve their lives either through education or health. Now feels the right time to blend these two fields of support and offer a range of practical and effective strategies to address the symptoms of stress and anxiety.  I have practiced yoga for more than 20 years and have experienced the positive emotional and physical benefits which have helped me through illness and psychological challenges. I'd love to work with you to help bring your life into a better place.
